1. Can I change my order?

For changes to your order, please send us an email at info@synwin.com.sg. Please include your order number in the email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTER, PayNow and telegraphic transfers (TT), bank charges for TT applies.

3. Are the prices in Singapore dollars or US dollars?

The prices shown on the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

4. Is there free delivery?

Free local delivery within Singapore is available for purchases SGD 100 and above.

6. How can I get insurance for my overseas shipment?

Please indicate in your order that you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment. We will then send your parcel via DHL with shipment protection.

7. Do I need to pay tax?

Please check with your local customs for any duties and taxes associated with the shipment. All charges are to be borne by the customer.

8. What is the difference between wishlist and cart?

Wishlist is your own list and will not be part of your order when you “Check-Out”. Items in your wishlist can be added at a later time into your cart.
